What’s the job?

We are looking for a QA and Automation Manager to join our team and lead the quality assurance and automation efforts of our company. This role involves managing a testing team, developing and executing manual and automated testing processes, and continuously improving the quality of our products and services.

The role involves matrix management, including collaboration with various teams across the organization and leading cross-departmental projects to achieve organizational goals.


Responsibilities:

- Drive the software quality assurance life cycle within an Agile process.

- Manage and develop the QA and Automation team.

- Plan and execute manual and automated software testing processes.

- Ability to develop strategic plans and effectively implement them to achieve organizational goals

- Develop and maintain automation testing infrastructure.

- Work closely with development, product management, and technical support teams to identify and resolve issues.

- Create test reports and document findings and defects.

- Continuously improve testing and automation processes.


Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in QA - must

- at least 2 years of team management experience - must

- experience in Automation - must

- experience in Mobile testing - Advantage

- Deep knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies, and testing tools.

- Experience in developing automation tests using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar - advantage 

- Strong technical understanding and the ability to analyze complex issues.

- Teamwork, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

- Experience with defect management systems and project management tools (JIRA, Monday, etc.).

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, contribute to team goals, and support team members.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and rapidly acquire new skills.
