Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented QA Lead to drive the quality strategy and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and defect-free software product. The ideal candidate will lead the QA team, define testing processes, and collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the QA team across manual and automation testing.
Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, and quality metrics.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Drive automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and release cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
Identify process gaps and recommend continuous improvement measures.
Ensure timely delivery of releases with minimal production defects.
Track, analyze, and report QA metrics to leadership.
6–10 years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Java, TestNG).
Understanding of API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in SaaS or fintech domain preferred.
