We are looking for a QA Lead / Salesforce QA Lead Engineer with deep experience in Salesforce core testing and a strong background in functional and automation testing. This role is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the QA strategy across Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality releases and strong testing standards.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership and strategic ownership of QA processes, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
What will you do?- Define and own the QA strategy for Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Lead and oversee functional, regression, integration, automation, and UAT testing activities.
- Design, review, and approve test plans, test cases, automation approaches, and QA documentation.
- Lead automation testing efforts, including framework strategy, test coverage, and maintenance.
- Perform and oversee API testing and integration validations (Postman or similar tools).
- Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure quality and testability.
- Coordinate and lead UAT planning and execution, working directly with business stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide QA Analysts; provide technical and process leadership.
- Collaborate with developers, admins, product owners, and project managers to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous quality improvements.
- Report on QA metrics, risks, and release readiness.
- 6+ years of experience in QA, with 4+ years focused on Salesforce QA.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce core testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Proven experience in functional and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience designing and leading test automation strategies.
- Strong experience with API testing and integration validation.
- Experience leading QA efforts in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coach QA team members.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- Advanced experience with Jira, Confluence, and QA reporting.
- English level: Advanced / C1.
