As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a QA Lead to take full ownership of quality across our Eldorado product team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our QA strategy, building scalable testing processes, and mentoring QA engineers.

What You will Be Doing
- Take full ownership of QA across the Eldorado product team—define, lead, and continuously evolve our overall QA strategy;
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Designers to ensure feature quality and smooth releases;
- Mentor and lead QA engineers, guiding them in best practices and helping them grow professionally.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of the latest testing practices and hands-on experience implementing them;
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and the ability to apply the right testing strategies at each stage of development to enable fast, worry-free releases;
- Proven experience in building automation frameworks from scratch;
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Playwright (or similar), Postman (for backend/API testing), and at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, etc.);
- Experience mentoring QA engineers and supporting developers in building quality-first solutions;
- A proactive, shift-left mindset—you identify issues early and work to prevent them before they impact the user;
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages.
Bonus Points For
(Not required, but nice to have!)
- Experience with non-functional testing (e.g. performance, load, security);
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating testing into deployment workflows;
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools like Sentry, Grafana, or similar.

Compensation
- Starting from €4500 gross/month depending on your experience and seniority level.
