Skills Required
- 7-10+ years of QA experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a QA Lead role
- Strong expertise in Capital Markets and Wealth Management Technology
- Hands-on experience with UI, API, and database testing
- Strong integration testing and data hub validation experience
- Backend testing and data comparison experience across systems
- Automation testing experience using Playwright with Python
- API testing experience with Postman or Swagger
- Strong SQL knowledge and backend data validation ability
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with banking or financial clients
- Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of ETL or data migration testing
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or test management tools
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise transformation programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing offshore QA teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
