Skills Required
- 8+ years of QA experience
- 3+ years in a QA Automation Lead or SME role
- Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium
- REST API automation experience with RestAssured, Postman, or Karate
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub source control, and DevSecOps practices
- Experience with test reporting, monitoring, and quality metrics
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies
- Knowledge of data privacy, security testing, and risk-based testing
- Experience leading and mentoring QA teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence change and drive responsible AI adoption
- Performance testing experience with JMeter or Gatling
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of AI/ML testing concepts and generative-AI test data synthesis
- ISTQB, SAFe, or cloud certification
