The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer who is passionate about quality and excited to work on cutting-edge
technology that defends against real-world threats.
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing our platform and agent across a range of environments, building
and maintaining QA automations, and collaborating with global teams to ensure the quality of every release. You will
play a key role in shaping how new features are validated before reaching our customers.

Responsibilities

● Design, build, and maintain QA automations
● Manually test our platform and agent across supported environments
● Partner with Product and R&D to define test plans for new features
● File and track bug tickets, working closely with R&D to drive resolution
● Produce clear reports and documentation based on test findings

Requirements
● 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
● 2+ years of hands-on experience with Jira
● Conversational English and intermediate Japanese (JLPT N2 level or equivalent, certification not required)
● Strong attention to detail
● Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in building QA Automations
● Software Development experience
● Hands on experience working with AI for Software Development
● Background in Cybersecurity, specifically endpoint security products
● Fluency in English and Japanese
