We are looking for a QA Engineer who will join our scrum team building complex data-driven applications, including Searchlight Cloud.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will work in 2-week sprints, assist with building data-driven applications in a team of backend developers, frontend developers and QA – an interdisciplinary scrum team
- You will use testing tools, define and support QA strategies
- You will perform both manual (50%) and automated (50%) testing
- Writing testing scenarios will also be a part of your daily responsibilities
Requirements
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience as QA (automation and manual testing)
- Experience with REST API
- Familiarity with Python, Typescript
- Excellent knowledge about task and bug lifecycle
- A holistic approach to the product you build
- Usage of AI tools in daily work
- Fluent Polish
- English min. B1
- Experience working in agile methodologies
- Ability to work at least 3 days a week from our office in Gliwice
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Postman, Playwright, Testrail, Pytest
- Experience in data analysis
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a similar technical University degree
