Software development and delivery is a true team effort where testing is done by everyone involved. However to drive the overall quality and continuous improvement of the product, we are looking for a test engineer that can get this to the next level and oversee it for the entire team.

We are looking for an expert to proactively setup a test strategy and process informed by a risk analysis to determine what and when to test. We expect you to drive this forward by building automated tests, writing useful scripts, analyzing customer journeys, creating test reports, and investigating incoming support tickets.

What are we looking for:

• At least 3 years in testing
• Take the lead in testing to collaborate with developers; we’re looking for the only tester for an agile team
• Know when to use different testing techniques, exploratory testing, and when to automate
• Collaborate to define and refine requirements
• Test automation experience in a high level programming languages: Java and Python;
• Nice to have: experience with Git and CI tools like GitlabCI or Jenkins or Robot framework
