What you'll do:

Develops quality standards in-process products and implements the measures, tests, sampling methods and other procedures that ensure that these standards are met

In detail, you will: 

• Develop and review standard control, work instructions for in-process assurance

• Problem-solving teams, determine root cause(s) for defects; develop, implement, and monitor effective corrective and preventive actions for product quality

• Cooperation with other department for problem solving

• Develop specific ideas for improvement and follow through on implementation

• Perform quality activities to prevent poor quality products in process.

• Apply statistical process control for continuous quality control

• Drive NRFT and SCR to achieve department target

Qualifications:

• Bachelor ’s Degree in Engineering

• 3+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably from appliances industry

• Knowledge in Quality System & Tools (8D, FMEA, DFMEA, Poka Yoke, SPC, GR&R and analysis tool)

• Fundamental of refrigerator products

• New Product Development Process

• Knowledge in Quality standard for other counties (ANZ, NA, EU, LA, MENCA and SEA)

• Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO5001)

• ESD Control Process

• Skills in Quality Control Plan, QC Tools for Processes Quality Control

• Risk management and inspection method

• Hand on quality / Usability audit

• Good communication collaboration, and project leadership skills

• Good Problem solving & decision making

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Good English communication (both written and spoken)

You will be based in our Rayong plant and report to QA Assistant Manager.
