QA Component Engineer

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage the production quality of plating suppliers, handle the non-confirming lot, conduct risk assessment for affected materials, and follow up on improvement and preventive actions.管理电镀供应商的生产品质，主导电镀工序生产异常处理，受影响物料风险评估，落实改善措施和预防措施；

2. Co-work with CQR on FA case; 协同CQE处理FA工作；

3. Be responsible for analyzing and resolving key and difficult issues related to company products and electroplating processes, and document and standardize improvement results; 负责公司产品和电镀工艺相关的重点难点问题分析与改善，并将改善信息文件化标准化；

4. Cooperate with suppliers to enhance overall plating process capability and drive technological innovation; conduct R&D and innovation for plating processes including Au plating, Ag plating, Pd plating, Ni plating, Sn plating etc. Lead the testing and evaluation of cutting-edge new materials, chemicals, and processes for plating, and support their introduction and application in production lines; 和供应商合作，负责电镀制程总体制程能力提升，电镀技术能力创新。电镀工艺测试研发和创新，如镀金、镀银、镀钯，镀镍、镀锡等。主导电镀制程前沿的新材料，新药水，新物料，新工艺等测试评估并协助导入产线实际应用；

5. Assist plating suppliers in continuously yield improvement; 协助电镀供应商持续提升良率；

6. Conduct research, analysis and drafting of process-related technical literature; collaborate with product, reliability and other teams to improve plating process evaluation, testing, reliability and production capacity负责工艺相关技术文献检索，分析和撰写。和产品，可靠性等部门合作，提升电镀工艺的评估，检测，可靠性，产能；

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum 2 years of experience in plating supplier management, or work experience in the hardware plating or related industries. 本科及以上，有至少2年电镀供应商管理经验，或者五金电镀或相关行业工作经验，熟悉电镀生产流程和质量控制环节等；

2. Have experience on handling customer quality complaint by FA report, 8D report. 有FA，8D的工作经验；

3. Strong communication skill, logic thinking, team work; 沟通能力强、逻辑思维清晰、团队合作；

4. Smooth English in both speaking and writing流利的英语表达，书写。
