Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Dispose the non-conforming lot with failure analysis, product, testing and reliability departments, find root cause, define corrective actions and preventive actions, and follow up for the close loop. 生产异常处理，受影响物料风险评估，改善措施和预防措施持续跟踪；
2. Provide FA report, 8D report for customer failure complaint case, confirm root cause, solution, CAPA etc. 辑写客户FA报告，8D报告，和内部工程部门协作，对客户遇到的电感相关失效做根因分析，制定改善和预防措施；
3. NPI supporting, working with the other engineering department to complete inductor in the new product qualification and NPI process. 新产品导入，对接本公司其它工程部门，完成新产品中使用的电感的验证、评估和量产导入；
4. Inductor supplier quality management and continues improvement. 供应商资质审核，实施质量策划（APQP），持续质量提升；
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, from electronics related, at least 2 years’ experience in supplier quality management, it’s better to have experience on inductor design, NPI, manufacture managers etc.. 本科及以上，有至少2年或以上供应商管理经验，或者有电感设计、生产NPI工程师工作经验；
2. Have experience on handling customer quality complaint by FA report, 8D report. 有FA，8D的工作经验；
3. Strong communication skill, logic thinking, team work; 沟通能力强、逻辑思维清晰、团队合作；
4. Smooth English in both speaking and writing流利的英语表达，书写。
