As our QA Compliance Specialist, you will champion organizational compliance, quality improvement, and the seamless integration of regulatory standards into daily operations, staff training, and long-term planning. Operating at the intersection of clinical care and administration, you will ensure our agency maintains elite standards across CCBHC, CMHC, CMS, and residential licensing frameworks, while supporting our disaster preparedness and emergency response initiatives.

This is a 100% on-site position located at our Concord, NH office. Due to the nature and operational responsibilities of this role, remote work or hybrid scheduling is not available at this time.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor, interpret, and communicate federal, state, payer, and accreditation requirements.
  • Conduct regulatory reviews, compliance audits, and gap analyses.
  • Maintain and update CMHC/CCBHC regulatory crosswalks, identifying and addressing compliance gaps.
  • Support policy, procedure, and SOP development and revision.
  • Assist with disaster response and emergency preparedness planning, including coordinating drills and after-action follow-up.
  • Track and manage regulatory waivers, variances, and related documentation.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives, corrective action plans, and compliance reporting.
  • Prepare materials and documentation for audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews.

Who You Are:

  • Compliance & Regulatory Expertise: Strong background in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or health administration—ideally within behavioral health, mental health, or community clinic (CCBHC/CMHC) environments.
  • Standard Mastery: Familiarity with CMS regulations, accreditation standards, and state/federal licensing requirements.
  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional skill in conducting gap analyses, interpreting dense regulatory text, and maintaining detailed compliance crosswalks and documentation.
  • Project & Process Management: Demonstrated capability in managing audits, driving policy development, and coordinating emergency preparedness drills.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between high-level regulatory mandates and everyday clinical practice.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, human services, paralegal or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience can be substituted for educational requirement
  • Two to five (2-5) years’ experience in compliance, quality improvement, or healthcare operations.
  • Behavioral Health clinical experience preferred.

Skills Required
