Fam is India's first payments app for everyone above 11. FamApp helps make online and offline payments through UPI and FamCard. We are on a mission to raise a new, financially aware generation, and drive 250 million+ youngest users in India to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life.

On The Job
- Design and execution of clear, concise and comprehensive test cases for APIs and Android/iOS application.
- Identify test data requirements and generate required data to support testing.
- Create and manage bug reports.
- Maintain documentation of test results. Analyse test results and recommends corrective actions.
- Work closely with product managers, developers to analyse and solve product issues.
- Shared Inputs in Project Estimation & Planning.
Must-haves (Min. qualifications)
- Experience of minimum 2 to 3 years into testing.
- Hands on experience in API automation.
- Possess good core testing skills which involves test case designing, test strategy, test data creation.
- Should possess sound debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands on experience in automation, manual, exploratory, regression and end to end testing.
- Experience in API Testing.
- Possess good understanding of Bug Lifecycle and Defect Management Process.
- Clear understanding of STLC / SDLC.
- Experience with black box testing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and processes.
Good to have
- App UI automation knowledge using Appium.
- Excellent understanding of the REST APIs and their usage.
- Hands-on coding experience in Python or Java.
- Knowledge of testNG framework.
- Knowledge of Rest Assured framework for API Testing.
- Understanding of RDBMS fundamentals and working.
- Knowledge of database testing.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and project managers to accomplish milestones.
- Excellent self-learning, communication, analytical and team interaction skills.
- Experience and knowledge in the fintech domain would be a huge plus.
