Overview

We are building next-generation Generative AI products that deliver actionable data insights at enterprise scale. Quality, reliability, and trust are critical for AI-driven systems. Our QA and Automation team ensures that AI workflows, data pipelines, and platforms are robust, observable, and production-ready.

Job Summary (Essential Functions)

• Design and implement automated test frameworks for AI, data, and application workflows.
• Validate end-to-end AI pipelines including data ingestion, model inference, and outputs.
• Test AI model behavior for accuracy, consistency, and regressions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve testability and quality.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify quality risks.

Technical Skills & Job Requirements

• Strong experience in test automation and quality engineering.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and backend validation.
• Experience testing data pipelines or data-driven systems.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test suites for AI and data platforms.
• Validate AI outputs and detect regressions or anomalies.
• Work closely with developers to resolve defects and improve quality.
• Define quality metrics, dashboards, and monitoring signals.
• Contribute to best practices for testing AI-driven systems.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA, automation, or software testing roles.
• Experience testing enterprise-scale or data-intensive applications.
• Exposure to AI, ML, or analytics systems is a strong plus.
