Designs, operates, and secures cloud infrastructure and deployment architecture for HYCU’s multi-tenant SaaS platform. Builds Infrastructure as Code, automates environments, optimizes CI/CD, and implements monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, IAM, secrets management, backup, and disaster recovery. Partners with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, performance, security, and developer productivity while managing infrastructure costs and incident response.

Define and own end-to-end architecture for generative AI data-insight platforms (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, agents). Design, build, and own cloud-native data protection SaaS features. Develop in C#/.NET (and Python), implement multithreaded async code, use containers and CI/CD, integrate with hyperscaler clouds (Azure), ensure scalability/security, troubleshoot production, and collaborate across teams.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites to validate end-to-end AI and data pipelines. Test API/back-end functionality, model inference, and AI outputs for accuracy, regressions, and anomalies. Collaborate with engineers to improve testability, define quality metrics and dashboards, monitor system health, and proactively identify quality risks.

Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable infrastructure for training, serving, and deploying Generative AI and ML models. Optimize inference performance and costs, implement observability and CI/CD for model pipelines, and collaborate with AI, data, and DevOps teams to productionize models and ensure system reliability.

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will design and develop scalable backend services and microservices for HYCU's cloud data protection platform while collaborating with various teams and optimizing system performance.

The role involves serving as a strategic HR Business Partner for the GTM organization, utilizing data for planning and performance management, coaching leaders, supporting development initiatives, managing employee relations, and facilitating hiring processes.

The Senior Legal Counsel will manage commercial contracting, advise on compliance and risk matters, and enhance HYCU's IP strategy while collaborating with various business teams.

Lead and grow cloud-native engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performance SaaS data protection systems. Combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, partner with Product, drive execution, adopt AI-enabled practices, optimize performance, and improve developer experience, reliability, and cross-team collaboration.

Serve as a technical customer advocate to drive adoption, value, and renewals of HYCU SaaS and enterprise cloud solutions. Provide architecture guidance, troubleshoot complex multi-cloud data protection issues, promote consumption, enable customers and partners, and collaborate with product, engineering, and account teams to ensure successful deployments and outcomes.
