Paid six-month, on-site software engineering internship in Bengaluru starting January 2027, with potential extension to 12 months. Interns will write production code for HYCU’s core data protection platform, use AI tools, receive senior-engineer mentorship, participate in code reviews, and potentially work in QA through testing and automation. Strong performers may be considered for full-time positions.

Supports day-to-day office operations in HYCU’s Belgrade office on a part-time basis. Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing office supplies and equipment, arranging repairs, supporting visitors and employees, coordinating with IT and facility vendors, and partnering with HR on events and employee initiatives.

Interns may contribute to technology initiatives involving AI resilience, multi-cloud data protection, SaaS, cloud, on-premises workloads, backup, ransomware protection, disaster recovery, and AI-driven data intelligence. Build scalable, responsive, and accessible front-end interfaces for AI-powered data insight products. Translate designs and user flows into production-quality code, create reusable UI components and design-system elements, integrate APIs, optimize performance for data-intensive workflows, and collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers. Contribute to code reviews, front-end architecture, usability, and consistent user experiences across enterprise applications.

Own and grow a portfolio of commercial and enterprise customers through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Build account plans, manage renewal cycles, identify expansion opportunities, maintain accurate Salesforce and Clari forecasts, conduct business reviews, negotiate with stakeholders, and present solutions. Partner with Customer Success, Support, Product, Marketing, Engineering, resellers, and strategic alliances to drive retention, recurring revenue growth, and customer value.

Serve as a technical customer advocate to drive adoption, architect solutions, troubleshoot cloud/data-protection issues, increase consumption and renewals, collaborate cross-functionally, and be an SME for HYCU enterprise and public cloud products.

Oversee vendor management, treasury and cash flow operations, travel expenses, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, journal entries, and outsourced accounting review. Support compliance and audits while ensuring accurate financial reporting under GAAP and company policies. The role also partners with global stakeholders and banking providers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will design and develop scalable backend services and microservices for HYCU's cloud data protection platform while collaborating with various teams and optimizing system performance.

Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable infrastructure for training, serving, and deploying Generative AI and ML models. Optimize inference performance and costs, implement observability and CI/CD for model pipelines, and collaborate with AI, data, and DevOps teams to productionize models and ensure system reliability.

Lead and grow cloud-native engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performance SaaS data protection systems. Combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, partner with Product, drive execution, adopt AI-enabled practices, optimize performance, and improve developer experience, reliability, and cross-team collaboration.

Serve as a technical customer advocate to drive adoption, value, and renewals of HYCU SaaS and enterprise cloud solutions. Provide architecture guidance, troubleshoot complex multi-cloud data protection issues, promote consumption, enable customers and partners, and collaborate with product, engineering, and account teams to ensure successful deployments and outcomes.

The Account Executive will drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts in the DACH region, leveraging understanding of data protection and engaging with stakeholders to close deals.

Define and own end-to-end architecture for generative AI data-insight platforms (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, agents). Design scalable cloud-native systems, ensure reliability/security/compliance, provide technical leadership, create reference architectures, collaborate with product/security, review implementations, and mitigate technical risks.
