The Role

The QA Analyst is responsible for end to end testing activities for IT projects.

Essential Tasks

  • Prepare all documentation for test strategy, test plans, test estimates, test cases and test scripts. 
  • Design, develop, and execute test strategies and plans.
  • Perform the integration and system testing activities 
  • Manage working relationship between QA team, the development team, the QA environment team and the business partners. 
  • Deliver planning, execution, and reporting for program testing activities. 
  • Work with extended team to resolve quality issues. 
  • Execute application test cases and issue remediation tasks. 
  • Create and maintain application documentation, context and flow diagrams, data model diagrams, triage and resolution steps, and technical manuals. 
  • Work with the Business analyst and development teams’ group to assist in creating test scenarios, and application verification. 
  • Assist with application transition to UAT and 1st / 2nd level support organizations.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems. Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and required work experience.
