Consistently achieve QA accuracy targets (95–98%+ or higher).
Complete assigned QA reviews within agreed SLAs.
Identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements.
Become proficient in CUBE's QA processes and regulatory data standards.
Support automation initiatives by identifying repetitive manual validation tasks.
Contribute to improving QA documentation and checklists.
Demonstrate strong collaboration across multiple Data Quality teams.
2 years of experience in collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure quality assurance objectives are met.
Analyze data sets to identify inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies.
Work closely with DQ teams to implement data quality controls, validations, and automated checks.
Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data management policies and regulations.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data quality.
