Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Python Developer with AI/ML expertise to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development using Python, along with hands-on experience in machine learning, GenAI or artificial intelligence projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and optimize intelligent systems and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and APIs.
• Build and deploy machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured data for AI model training.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to develop AI-powered features.
• Optimize model performance, ensure scalability, and integrate models into production systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and Python development.

To succeed in this position, you must:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proficient in data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Docker, and Git.
• Familiarity with model deployment and MLOps is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML workloads.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or big data tools (e.g., Spark).
