Python Developer

Position Title: Python Developer
Work Arrangements: Remote; Monday to Friday, regular PH business hours

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for open-source technologies, strong API development skills, and experience working with modern frameworks and cloud environments. The role focuses on building backend systems, data integration, and service development for enterprise applications.

• Develop and maintain APIs and services using Python with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Collaborate with product owners and other engineers to implement scalable backend solutions.
• Integrate third-party services and handle authentication and authorization securely.
• Work with open-source tools and libraries to enhance performance and functionality.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability in production environments.
• Design and manage databases; write effective SQL queries.

• 3+ years of experience in backend development using Python.
• Proficiency in one or more Python frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL, and open-source tools.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and version control (Git).
