To support its ambitious growth and the continuous development of its Purchasing department, Mirakl is seeking an Indirect Procurement to join its team.
Location : Paris or Bordeaux
English and French are required
Your impact:
- Take full ownership of the following categories: Travel, Facility Management, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing & Communication.
- Act as a trusted procurement advisor to internal stakeholders and management, providing expertise in spend analysis, KPI definition, category management, action planning, and reporting.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes (RFIs/RFPs), ensuring competitive and optimized supplier selection.
- Drive negotiations with suppliers to secure improved terms and manage contract renewals, always seeking value and innovation.
- Develop business cases and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to identify optimization opportunities and unlock additional synergies.
- Collaborate closely with the Workplace Manager to ensure the seamless operational management of Travel and Facility services.
- Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the procurement process to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Foster strong partnerships with G&A teams (Finance, Legal, Compliance, Security) and business stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to the rollout and adoption of the new Procure-to-Pay process and procurement tools across Mirakl.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree from a Business School or University, with a specialization in Purchasing.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, ideally with exposure to the categories listed above.
- Outstanding negotiation skills and a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English is essential; international experience is a strong plus.
- Interest in AI and digital tools (familiarity with ChatGPT or Dust is a plus).
