Your expertise will help in managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, delivering payment runs, and partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation.

What we’re looking for:

Experience:

  • proven experience in purchase ledger management, ideally at a senior level

  • strong knowledge of reconciliations and a three-way match system

Skills:

  • clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written

  • a proactive, organised, and problem-solving mindset

  • competent IT skills, with experience in Sage, Concur, or MS Dynamics being advantageous

What you’ll be doing:

  • managing vendor relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

  • overseeing the end-to-end purchase ledger process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations

  • collaborating with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth financial operations

  • identifying and implementing process improvements, prioritising automation and efficiency

  • developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement

  • supporting the Finance Operations Manager in integrating new acquisitions

  • contributing to managing team performance and fostering a positive work environment
