What we’re looking for:
Experience:

proven experience in purchase ledger management, ideally at a senior level

strong knowledge of reconciliations and a three-way match system
Skills:

clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written

a proactive, organised, and problem-solving mindset
-
competent IT skills, with experience in Sage, Concur, or MS Dynamics being advantageous
What you’ll be doing:

managing vendor relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

overseeing the end-to-end purchase ledger process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations

collaborating with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth financial operations

identifying and implementing process improvements, prioritising automation and efficiency

developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement

supporting the Finance Operations Manager in integrating new acquisitions

contributing to managing team performance and fostering a positive work environment
