 With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

[About the role]
We are looking for a Publishing QA Specialist to ensure the quality and successful delivery of our gaming products. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define QA strategies, create comprehensive test plans, execute testing, and identify product issues throughout the development lifecycle. You'll be responsible for managing QA schedules, coordinating testing efforts, and driving quality improvements to deliver the best possible player experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong QA expertise, analytical thinking, and a passion for game publishing.

[Key Responsibilities]

• As a Publishing QA specialist, you will perform QA tasks such as managing collaboration processes, managing and operating QA schedules, managing QA resources, establishing test strategies, and designing test cases. Your core role is to derive the QA deliverables required by the project through actual test execution.
• Establishing and executing overall QA strategies and test processes
• Managing QA schedules and making decisions regarding task execution
• Establishing test plans and writing and reviewing test cases
• Defining testable requirements in collaboration with various departments
• Leading the analysis of product and collaboration-related issues and identifying their causes
• Performing tasks under the direction of the HQ QA Lead

[Required Experience]

• Over 7 years of experience in Game QA
• Understanding of game development processes across various platforms and experience in game releases
• High understanding of Game QA methodologies, testing tools, and processes
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Understanding and experience with mobile platforms (Android, iOS)

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience as a QA Lead in the game production process and game release experience
• Experience using performance and security testing tools
• Possession of QA-related certifications such as ISTQB
• Experience collaborating with global/multinational teams
