Provides strategic legal counsel across corporate matters, commercial contracts, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, litigation, investigations, and disputes. Advises on Indian laws affecting gaming, fintech, technology, data protection, consumer protection, advertising, and digital businesses. Drafts and negotiates technology, licensing, marketing, partnership, SaaS, and content agreements; supports global legal strategy; responds to authorities; and develops scalable legal templates, playbooks, and processes.

Own the India-focused gaming product roadmap, write PRDs, define metrics, and lead feature production and live-ops execution. Drive player growth, onboarding, retention, engagement, and monetization through events, content, rewards, and partnerships. Coordinate with design, engineering, QA, data, marketing, external partners, and global teams while analyzing player data and market trends to improve product performance.

Manage end-to-end operations for KRAFTON’s gaming incubator cohorts, including onboarding, milestones, budgets, reporting, documentation, mentorship, and graduation. Coordinate incubated studios with legal, finance, publishing, technology, UA, and data teams. Evaluate game UX, onboarding, player experience, and business metrics; identify risks and blockers; support cohort selection and due diligence; and improve program processes. The role requires strong mobile game product management knowledge, analytics, stakeholder communication, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Drive growth initiatives in gaming by managing partnerships in esports and marketing, developing strategies, and monitoring performance.

Lead Publishing QA for game releases: define QA strategy, create and review test plans and cases, manage QA schedules and resources, execute tests, analyze issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality player experience.

The Backend Engineer will build and scale UPI payment systems and ensure their reliability and security, while collaborating with banks and PSPs.
