We’re looking for a driven and curious Publisher Success Manager (12m FTC) to join our growing Platform Operations team. This role is perfect for someone towards the start of their career in digital media or ad tech who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow. You'll support more senior team members in managing our publisher partnerships while also independently overseeing a select portfolio of accounts — a great opportunity to take real ownership and develop your strategic mindset from day one.
You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day execution of partner success initiatives, while building foundational skills in account management, data analysis, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What You'll Achieve
- Support the Partner Success Team in day-to-day operations related to publisher account management
- Take ownership of a portfolio of developing publisher accounts, ensuring consistent support and clear communication
- Collaborate with senior team members on onboarding, troubleshooting, and account optimization
- Manage incoming support tickets using internal ticketing tools and escalate technical issues when needed.
- Track and analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement
- Contribute to documentation efforts to enhance partner FAQs and internal workflows
- Monitor reporting tools and dashboards to spot inconsistencies or underperformance
- Develop a strong understanding of GumGum’s products, tools, and platform capabilities
Skills You'll Bring
- BA/BS degree in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or similar experienceIdeally
- 1–2 years of experience in digital media or ad tech (those will only internship experience will also be considered)
- Exposure to account management or client-facing roles, preferably within the advertising or tech industry
- Experience creating solutions on behalf of clients is a plus
- Able to manage within JIRA, Zendesk, Google products, and ticketing systems
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
