Lead design and build of an AI-powered, spec-driven development platform: evaluate frameworks, architect end-to-end tooling, integrate with CI/CD and Kubernetes, partner with DevOps, MLE, and Security, instrument adoption and velocity metrics, and drive org-wide rollout and training to enable non-engineers to author specs.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and CRO, managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, board logistics, executive communications, reports, and meeting execution. Serve as a trusted liaison to stakeholders and the Board, design presentations, coordinate executive offsites, handle select personal tasks, and drive cross-functional follow-through to maximize leadership bandwidth.

Drive full-cycle digital media sales from prospecting to close, position GumGum's Mindset platform and programmatic solutions, build agency and brand relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and deliver accurate forecasting to meet quota.

Lead and grow a regional account management team to ensure flawless campaign execution, collaborate with Sales and AdOps, drive upsell and protect revenue, elevate client experience, resolve complex technical issues, and optimize operational workflows across stakeholders.

Drive new and incremental revenue by managing and growing a $3M+ book of business across agencies and brands in Minnesota. Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, position GumGum as a strategic partner across programmatic, contextual, video, and CTV solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
