As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Publications Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

The Publications Coordinator will play a key role in managing BioPhorum’s publications process from manuscript development through to final publication.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong editing and proofreading skills with project coordination and stakeholder management. • Supporting the development of templates, style guides, and publication processes
  • Monitoring publication budgets and reporting progress updates

About You

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • A strong writer and editor, able to simplify and improve complex content
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Confident working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
  • Experienced working with digital tools and content management systems

You’ll ideally have experience in:

  • Publications coordination, editing, copywriting, or content management
  • Managing review and approval processes
  • Working within professional, scientific, technical, or B2B environments
  • Experience within life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries would be advantageous but is not essential.

Why Join BioPhorum?

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation at the centre of global life sciences collaboration. You’ll work on meaningful industry publications, contribute to high-profile outputs, and play an important role in maintaining the quality and reputation of BioPhorum’s content.

Location

This is a home-based role within the UK, with occasional international travel required to support BioPhorum events and activities.
