The Publications Coordinator manages the publications process for BioPhorum, coordinating schedules, editing content, managing suppliers, and supporting peer reviews.

The role involves facilitating industry workstreams, engaging stakeholders, and leading projects in biopharma manufacturing to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Manage strategic member relationships within the Technology Strategy Phorum, driving engagement, retention and growth. Develop account plans, demonstrate collaboration value, facilitate leadership meetings and events, support renewals and commercial opportunities, and create member communications and value reports.

Facilitate global collaborative workstreams for senior quality leaders across biopharma, designing and leading virtual and in-person meetings, guiding development of publications, benchmarks, and industry guidance. Build trusted stakeholder relationships, translate technical discussion into practical outputs, monitor engagement and progress, and capture the value delivered to drive quality transformation and regulatory readiness across the sector.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, build data models with SQL, DAX and Power Query, analyse complex datasets, support forecasting and KPI reporting, improve data quality and automate reporting, and present actionable insights to stakeholders across the organisation.
