The Publications Coordinator manages the publications process for BioPhorum, coordinating schedules, editing content, managing suppliers, and supporting peer reviews.

Facilitate global collaborative workstreams for senior quality leaders across biopharma, designing and leading virtual and in-person meetings, guiding development of publications, benchmarks, and industry guidance. Build trusted stakeholder relationships, translate technical discussion into practical outputs, monitor engagement and progress, and capture the value delivered to drive quality transformation and regulatory readiness across the sector.

Own go-to-market strategies and product launches for life sciences products. Create positioning, messaging, and integrated campaigns; enable sales with collateral; analyze market and competitor insights; measure and optimize campaign performance; influence product strategy through customer intelligence; manage budgets and stakeholder collaboration to drive commercial adoption.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, build data models with SQL, DAX and Power Query, analyse complex datasets, support forecasting and KPI reporting, improve data quality and automate reporting, and present actionable insights to stakeholders across the organisation.
