Job Description:
The Public Sector Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of federal, state, local and higher education marketing strategies, including in-person events and related programs. They partner closely with the public sector revenue team to help drive awareness, pipeline and bookings. They assist in program planning, logistics, execution and field coordination surrounding our growing public sector business.

What you'll do:

  • Research, recommend and support regional/local marketing plans that include but are not limited to field events, industry events and tradeshows
  • Comprehensive understanding of go-to-market field events planning and execution
  • Help supervise, measure and report on critical metrics across regional field marketing programs
  • Represent Pluralsight at regional events, corporate trade shows and other activities as needed


Experience you'll bring:

  • Events marketing experience in public sector a big plus
  • Experience in enterprise software; SaaS/on-demand software a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools a plus


Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, project management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to build relationships, deliver agreed upon results, and problem solve to find the right solution
  • Experience working efficiently while balancing multiple tasks
  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs
  • Travel up to 20% required


Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $61,700- $76,200 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
