Summary:
The Director, Public Sector Channel Program Program will be responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of the partnership investment Pluralsight is making in the Public sector business. This person will lead our Global Public sector channel program development and execution. This person will also be the lead contact for our existing public sector partnerships and building new Partnerships with key channel players in the Federal and SLED ecosystem.

What you'll do:

  • Day-to -day responsibility for the execution of all aspects of the program; where to prioritize, what's working/not
  • Build and lead the field enablement process during the program delivery phase; earn the trust and confidence of Public Sector sales teams
  • Anticipate and resolve issues and challenges that could derail or delay program delivery
  • Negotiate outcomes that mutually benefit both Pluralsight and our Public Sector partner
  • Own forecasting responsibility to the business for Public Sector channel sales and communicate key revenue goals and progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 12+ years of related experience; or Masters Degree and 8+ years.


Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual base salary + variable for this role is $282,200.00 - $313,600.00USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
