- Ensure safe operations (with internal and external stakeholders), and promote market development through key activities such as project operations, PR activities, and content planning and communication.
- Effectively manages communication content, channels, and activities; demonstrates Huawei's value and contributions; dispels concerns about Huawei; safeguards the corporate image; and improves the corporate reputation.
- Collaborates with relevant departments for related PR event and communication activities.
- Take responsibility of event organization process. Creates related bidding proposals, BOQ etc. and e2e follow up bidding process.
- Carry out corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities which is under the scope and establish favorable public image of the company with valuable events.
- Other daily tasks given by supervisor.
- Bachelor degree in related departments (communication, marketing etc.)
- Have at least 3-year experience in PR/Communication/Marketing era
- Have experience for bidding process (proposal and BOQ creation etc.) and agency management
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to be frank and honest while being factual and earnest
- Have project management and PR/Marketing event management skill and experience
- No restrict to travel (planned/short notice) domestic and international
- Fluent in English language
