As a PR Manager at ETG, you will play a key role in building the organization's global recognition and credibility!

This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in EU time zone.

What you'll do:
  • Be able to design and deliver global PR strategies and campaigns together with the tactics needed.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop PR and communications plans to support the company’s priority projects.
  • Identify and respond to opportunities to showcase the company, positioning it as a leader in travel and tech, including public speaking opportunities and awards’ nomination
  • Cultivate relationships with the media and thought leaders within the sector in key markets. Proactively pitch stories positioning the company as a sector leader.
  • Generate news releases, backgrounders, factsheets, editorial and other written materials for a range of channels including print, broadcast, digital media.
  • Manage agencies and contractors delivering work for the company.
  • Be able to handle the PR response to crisis situations

Requirements
  • Relevant Experience. 3+ years of experience managing PR campaigns across multiple markets, including Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Asia, and North America; as well as in-house public relations experience, preferably within the B2B, technology, or hospitality industry. Proven track record of delivering successful global or international PR projects.
  • Market Knowledge. Strong understanding of business and industry media outlets and the ability to identify relevant media opportunities and build relationships with journalists and stakeholders.
  • Key Skills. Strong writing and editing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong project management and organizational skills, and confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Analytical Skills. Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven and good with numbers.
  • Personal Skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with the fast-changing business environment, team player.
  • International Mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence.
  • Language knowledge. Advanced/Fluent English (C1+); additional language is a plus.
  • Time Zone requirement. Work in a EU time zone.
