Job Descriptions:

• Design, develop, and maintain data quality rules, metrics, and dashboards using various tools and technologies
• Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues and anomalies using data profiling, data cleansing, data matching, and data governance techniques
• Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, sources, and flows
• Implement data quality best practices and standards across the data lifecycle
• Monitor and report on data quality performance and trends
• Conduct data quality audits and assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
• Providing guidance and support to business units on data governance and data quality best practices.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to data privacy, security, and retention.
• Promote/Communicate the concept of Critical Data Elements and create methodology for prioritizing CDEs
• Promote and operationalize data quality monitoring and rule management together with issue management.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 Years of experience working in Data Quality
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, statistics, or a related field
• Experience in working with various data sources, formats, and platforms, such as relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses, data lakes, cloud services, APIs, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages, such as Python, R, Java, Scala, etc.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks, methodologies, and tools, such as Data Quality Management (DQM), Data Quality Assessment (DQA), Data Quality Dimensions (DQD), etc.
• Familiarity with data quality tools and technologies, such as Informatica Data Quality, Talend Data Quality, IBM InfoSphere QualityStage, Microsoft Data Quality Services, etc.
• Experience or familiarity with Informatica Data Quality tool is a big asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality orientation
