We are now looking for a PtP Junior Specialist to join our team in Ostrava.
In this role, you will grow your skills in finance area, learn from experienced team members and actively contribute to daily processing activities.
As PtP Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Daily tasks management within Logistic Invoicing center (LIC) team
First level support for the LIC team, Business Units and customers in daily processing activities and closing tasks
Close cooperation with other team members and with Financial Services teams and Business Units
Ensure logistics costs are in line with contracts and actual deliveries, supplier invoices are ready for payment in due and that divisions get recharges accordingly.
Handling of invoices/credit notes/ self-bills to match operational and financial information
Prevention of possible errors and fraud
Regular check of service data for possible errors and their elimination in the own area of responsibility
Ensure logistics invoices are in accordance to contract and operative data to secure correct recharge process
Request credit notes and monitor their arrival to the system
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person with analytical skills and focus on precision, with interest in accounting and finance. You are a great communicator who can work both independently and as a part of a team.
Skills we expect you to have:
English on intermediate or above level
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
High school degree (accounting or economics is advantage)
Additional skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Knowledge of SAP

We offer this position for 1 year, with the possibility to prolong the contract.
