経理インターンとして以下の業務を担当いただきます。

業務内容は、最初から全てお任せではなくスーパーバイザーからのトレーニングがございますのでご安心ください！

主な業務内容

・ベンダーからの請求書受領
・請求書コピーの確認・照合
・請求書にGL（General Ledger／総勘定元帳）、CC（Cost Center／部門別費用管理番号）、PO（Purchase Order／発注書）番号を記入
・紙の請求書のスキャン
・スキャンした請求書コピーを請求書用メールボックスへ送付
・請求書コピーへの押印
・紙の請求書の保管・ファイリング
・PTP Specialistのサポートを受けながら、サプライヤーおよび経理処理チームからの問い合わせに対応
・PTP（Purchase to Pay／購買から支払いまでの一連の業務）Specialistと密に連携し、E2E（End-to-End／業務プロセス全体）の流れを理解
・ビジネスユーザーからの相談や問い合わせに対応し、必要なサポートを提供する窓口となる

・代表電話の一次受け、郵便の仕分けなど

応募資格

・日本在住の20歳以上の学生で週20時間ほど勤務可能な方
・簿記3級程度の基本的な会計知識をお持ちの方
・中級レベルの英語力、および流暢な日本語力（基本的な読み書きおよび口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル）
・マネジメント、関係者、同僚と円滑にやり取りできる基本的な対人スキル

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern in Japan to join our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) team. This role offers hands-on exposure to finance operations and end-to-end invoice processing in a global organization.

You will gain practical experience in financial administration, stakeholder coordination, and process management while working closely with experienced PTP specialists based in India.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Support invoice processing activities, including receipt, verification, and documentation
• Assist in matching invoices with Purchase Orders (PO), General Ledger (GL), and Cost Center (CC) details
• Support scanning, filing, and digital archiving of invoice documents
• Help ensure timely and accurate invoice submission to shared mailboxes/systems
• Assist in resolving basic supplier and internal queries with guidance from the P2P team
• Act as a point of contact for basic business user queries and provide timely support where required

Your qualifications

• Students aged 20 and above based in Japan
• Basic understanding of accounting (e.g. Bookkeeping Level 3 or equivalent)
• Fluent in Japanese and intermediate English proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to handle structured tasks and meet timelines
• Basic understanding of local invoice or tax requirements
• Interest in finance operations or shared services environment
• High integrity and strong sense of responsibility
