Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement the Pediatric Psycho-Oncology Program (PPOP), including protocols, policies, and administrative frameworks.
- Coordinate psychological services across hospitals, clinics, and tele-consultation platforms.
- Deliver face-to-face, online, and telephonic psychological interventions and assessments using psychometric tools, interviews, and observations.
- Provide therapy and counseling across all treatment phases: diagnosis, treatment, relapse, palliative care, and bereavement.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and conduct follow-ups with referrals and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Lead Sharing & Caring Sessions for parents and medical teams, and implement expressive therapies (play, art, music, storytelling, relaxation, clown therapy).
- Deliver non-pharmacological procedural pain interventions.
- Promote child-friendly environments through libraries, wish-granting activities, and child life interventions.
- Conduct psycho-education sessions for patients and parents on stress management, behavioral challenges, and coping strategies.
- Provide psychological consultation to healthcare team members and oversee the “You Are Not Alone” (YANA) Program.
- Train psychologists, social workers, students, and professionals in pediatric psycho-oncology.
- Design and execute research projects, develop assessment tools, and publish findings to support evidence-based practice.
- Maintain accurate case records, online patient data, and prepare monthly, annual, and programmatic reports.
- Develop resource directories and facilitate access to external counseling, rehabilitation, and support services.

- MA in Psychology
- 1–3 years of experience in clinical, counseling, or pediatric psychology, preferably in healthcare or NGO settings
- Strong counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills; proven ability to work as a team player
- Understanding of healthcare systems and psychological diagnostic tools
- Demonstrated experience in expressive therapies, group work, and psychological assessments
- Proficiency in documentation, case reporting, and data management
- Ability to manage sensitive issues and operate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
