At Thales, you’ll join our HR Shared Service Center, supporting employees and managers across different countries while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience — every single day.
French language skills are required to support HR activities for our organization in Belgium.
What you’ll be doing
- Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related topics
- Support new joiners throughout their journey — from offer letter to their first day (and beyond)
- Keep our HR systems running smoothly and ensure data accuracy and quality
- Support international teams with onboarding, mobility and day-to-day HR processes
- Create HR letters, reports and documents that truly make people’s lives easier
- Get involved in HR projects and help continuously improve the way we work
What you bring with you
- A degree in HR, Management or a related area — or hands-on experience that proves your skills
- Fluency in French is mandatory for this position and will be used exclusively to support HR operations for Belgium.
- Strong communication skills — clear, confident and approachable
- A detail-oriented mindset and a natural ability to bring structure where it’s needed
- Enjoyment in working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
- An adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Confidence using Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms is a big plus
