As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic PSP Reconciliation Officer to join our team.
Your role at HFM:
- Maintain bank and payment service
providers reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Report daily balances of the company
and highlight exposure on time.
- Post all transactions into the system
in a timely and accurately.
- Processing of payment to suppliers and
service providers.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments
and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with External Auditor to ensure a clean and
timely year end audit.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Accountant.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Management/ Finance/ Accounting or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office and Presentation skills.
- Fluent in
English oral and written.
