Job DescriptionThis role is all about keeping an eye on how our Payment Service Providers (PSPs) are performing — making sure everything’s running smoothly and spotting any chances to up our game and boost success rates.You’ll be in the thick of the action: monitoring payments, testing things out, and keeping track of what’s working (and what’s not). You’ll also help build solid relationships with our PSPs and work closely with teams across the business to make sure everyone’s on the same page and pushing in the same direction.

Your playing field:
- Keep a close eye on the performance of our Payment Service Providers (PSPs) — tracking behaviours, trends, and user preferences like a coach studying match footage. The goal? To keep our success rate and departmental KPIs at Champions League level.
- Flag any incidents as soon as they occur and work with the squad to ensure fixes are swiftly implemented — minimising the impact on our customers and keeping us in the game.
- Lead the charge on major payment initiatives — creating and managing detailed project playbooks to keep everything on track from kickoff to final whistle.
- Assist in reviewing and onboarding new PSPs, ensuring they’re the right fit for our squad and will boost our overall performance.
- Support with budget tracking and contract management — keeping a close eye on PSP costs and invoices to ensure we're always playing a smart financial game.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Experience. At least 3 years working in a similar role within the iGaming industry. Experience within the German market would be a plus.
- Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent would be nice to have.
- Payments Know-How. You bring knowledge of payments from every angle: product, backend, technical flows, operational, and contractual.
