Reporting to the Director of PS PMO, coordinates all aspects of a program of projects, from program foundation, development of migration tools, lighthouse customers, tracking & reporting, right through to program closure.
The role is primarily tactical in nature, delivering migrations to our SaaS platform and improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Participates in the creation of program plans that support the Forcepoint’s annual (Vision, Strategy, Execution, and Metrics (VSEM). Coordinate project activities with assigned Program Cyber Engineers.
The position may require occasional work at the client site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle of all projects in the program, overseeing schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.
- Drive customer cohorts to rapid project kick off.
- Creating measures that allow insight into program effectiveness and allow course correction early.
- Gather common issues and engage Product Management and Engineering with the scale of impact on the program, including ACV at risk and time to renewal to allow bug fix or feature request prioritisation.
- Suggest process improvements within PS or other depts to increase program velocity. Leading cooperative efforts among members of cross-functional teams.
Involves extensive interaction with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Product Management Teams. Frequently interacts with Customers to drive fast time to kick off and replanning when blockers occur.
Batchelors degree in related subject or extensive equivalent experience.
Skills/Experience
Project and Program management skills, rather than technical skills, are key to this role, though a background in Cyber Security or ability to learn at a high level is useful. Good stakeholder influencing and conflict resolution skills are essential.
Experience with SaaS migration, onboarding, or implementation programs.
5 to 8 years of program/project management experience, including managing a portfolio of concurrent projects rather than single projects.
Experience managing globally distributed teams and customers across time zones.
Preferred
PMP certification or other related Project/Program Management certs.
Nice to have
AI experience (Claude) to automate project tasks or other work.
BI tools for program analysis.
Jira, Workday, or any PSA tool.
Security Certification such as, Security+, CISM, CISSP.
Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range and variable compensation for this role is 117,000.00 - 137,000.00 and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance.
