Pricing and RGM Strategy Manager

The Opportunity
As a Pricing and RGM Strategy Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery.
In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths, managing performance to deliver on client expectations. By partnering with team leadership, you will validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations
- Guiding teams in the development and implementation of effective business strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process improvement to enhance client outcomes
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic planning
- Leveraging AI fluency and digital tooling to drive innovation in strategy consulting
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and deliver quality client service
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional standards and the firm's code of conduct in all engagements
- Encouraging the adoption of innovative technologies and strategic solutions across projects
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating proficiency in AI-Human Collaboration and AI Fluency
- Utilizing strategic management and strategic planning skills
- Conducting competitive analysis and industry trend analysis
- Embracing change and digital tooling for business transformation
- Developing customer experience (CX) strategy and customer insight
- Leveraging business process improvement and profitability management skills
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
