As a Provider Network Executive will work closely with our service partners and medical providers within the Southeast Asian and Austral-Asian region. You will support the onboarding of newly added medical providers, renewals of contractual arrangements, and the management of our service partners on a day-to-day basis.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
- Ensure all documents and contracts are up to date in the systems (i.e. Shared Folder and SharePoint / PCMS archives) on a regular basis
- Support onboarding of new and renewed medical providers and service partners to the Bupa Global panel;
- Ensure the medical network list is updated monthly and shared with the concerned departments;
- Update all medical providers on Facility Finder and SWAN;
- Manage the reconciliation reports of the providers and liaising with the concerned internal departments and Network Consultants;
- Provide and maintain Provider \World accounts for network providers and service partners.
- Co-ordinate all operational activities of service partners and ensure efficiency and delivery of auditable savings.
- Manage relationship with service partners in region and deliver effective cost containment solutions.
- Support the positioning of Bupa Global as the expert in the international healthcare arena.
- Support any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Network Development Manager.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Diploma in Business, Bachelor’s degree or above
- Background in the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other relatable services industries such as Life Insurance, Hospital or Clinic Management.
- Previous experience of a complex and multi skilled customer facing roles within a contact centre setting. A track record of achieving and exceeding productivity and quality targets
- Highly customer focused;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes.
- English Language ability is a must.
