As a Senior Associate within the APAC Subsidiary Banking Business Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of both strategic and tactical initiatives to support the business. You will be a key player in supporting business leaders, focusing on various aspects of business governance, communication, strategy, and overall reporting maintenance. You will also provide timely and accurate reporting across multiple key performance dimensions. This role offers the opportunity to work independently or partner with team mates across geographies on projects with regional impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive key business management functions including project management, analysis of sales/management reporting and ad-hoc requests. Support production and delivery for required material for Sales cadences
- Produce presentations, analysis and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management; participate and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed
- Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc) and play active role in Identify areas for continued process improvement. Utilize dashboarding efforts and automation tools such as Alteryx to improve efficiency.
- Conduct \"deep dive\" analysis on key issues impacting client to determine root cause and propose solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, business management or strategy roles in the financial services industry
- Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and comfortable with changing priorities
- Ability to comprehend complex concepts and issues quickly with a curious mindset to dig for the answers, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and macros with extensive experience in navigating multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations
- Team oriented, critical thinker who anticipates questions from internal clients and senior management
- Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present updates, requests, ideas and other communications in a professional, clear and concise manner
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working with Tableau, Alteryx and knowledge of data visualization tools such as Qliksense
- Investment/Commercial banking or management consulting experience
- Able to quickly shift gears and work on projects of varying nature with individuals across different regions, levels and functions
- CFA and/or CPA qualification is a plus
