We’re solving the youth mental health crisis by building the platform that provides effective care, quickly & affordably
The Role
About the Role
Marble is expanding into new states, and our ability to deliver care depends on one thing: building a high-quality, scalable network of therapists. We're hiring a Provider Acquisition Lead to build this function from the ground up. This role owns how we source, engage, evaluate, and activate therapists as we grow - starting with new state launches and evolving into a repeatable, scalable engine. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to solve ambiguous problems and translate strategy into execution. If you enjoy owning messy problems, running experiments, and building systems that scale - this role is for you.
What You'll Do
  • Take ownership of one of Marble's most important growth challenges: Building and scaling our provider acquisition engine as we expand into new states. This is a highly ambiguous, high-impact role where you'll be responsible for turning an early, manual process into something repeatable and scalable. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to diagnose what's working today, where we're getting stuck, and what to tackle first - and then you'll execute. That could mean testing new sourcing approaches, debugging funnel drop-offs, or tightening processes
  • Create the foundation that allows provider acquisition to scale with the business: You'll design the workflows, tools, and operating cadence that support consistent, high-quality supply growth - from how we find and evaluate therapists to how we track progress and performance across markets. Your work will help Marble move quickly in the near term while building systems that hold up as we grow

Qualifications
Must have
  • 3-4 years of experience in growth, strategy & operations, or business operations at a startup or fast-growing company
  • Demonstrated ability to own 0→1 workstreams end-to-end in ambiguous environments
  • Based in New York and able to work from our SoHo office at least two days a week

Nice to have
  • Experience in marketplaces, recruiting, acquisition, or supply-side growth
  • Experience working in healthcare or other operationally complex environments
  • Experience working with CRMs, ATSs, or similar tooling to manage pipelines

Ideal traits
  • Process thinker who likes to build: You know how to get from 0→1 with scrappy, simple solutions, and then 1→100 by spotting patterns and building systems that scale
  • Relentless drive: No task is too small for you. You're just as willing to call a payer or follow up on a denial as you are to design a long-term solution
  • Thrive in ambiguity: You can make sense of messy claims data and get to the root of a problem, even when the path isn't clear
  • Introspective team player: You're a thoughtful communicator, open to feedback, and focused on what's best for the mission and the people we serve

Compensation
Our compensation is based on experience, and can range from $120k to $150k annual, as well as company equity.

What We Do

Marble Health is building the operating system for youth mental health. A platform that connects schools, therapists, health plans, and families - who all have incentives to provide truly effective care to kids struggling with their mental health. Our mission is simple but ambitious: make it dramatically easier for young people to get the mental health care they need, and provide the products that make that care truly effective - ultimately enabling a happier & healthier generation of young people.

We’re reimagining how care can work when all the people who want to help are truly connected. Families, who are being devastated by this crisis; Schools, whose budgets are being affecting; Therapists, who want to help but struggle with the complexities of our healthcare system; and Insurance payers, who are paying the price when kids don't receive care. They all have incentives to fix this problem, but historically have been completely siloed. We're changing that.

And we're not stopping there. We're also defining the new era of behavioral healthcare with AI at the center. We’re creating what we think of as a “therapist Ironman suite” — a set of AI-powered tools, support systems, coaching, and resources that make clinicians better at their work. We’re building AI capabilities to elevate care quality at scale, from assisting with documentation to providing real-time guidance during sessions. We’re exploring how AI can act as a therapy copilot for students themselves, giving them resources and support between sessions.

By pairing a connected care network with cutting-edge AI, we’re aiming to set a new standard for how mental health care is delivered.

Why Work With Us

Our founders built unicorn behavioral health startup Headway, and our team shares a relentless drive, operational excellence, and a team-first mindset. We work closely with therapists, students, families, and schools — and are uniquely positioned to lead AI innovation in youth mental health care at scale.
