Job Summary
Under supervision, this position is responsible for overseeing and processing rental network data and overlay process.
Assisting and resolving rental network provider inquiries/claim issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•High school diploma or GED.
•2 years experience working in an office environment.
•2 years experience resolving provider issues and inquiries.
•PC experience, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
•Ability to use discretion in working with confidential information.
•Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
•Organizational skills.
•Experience managing and prioritizing multiple activities simultaneously.
•Ability to work in a team environment.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Data Cleaner training.
•Customer Service experience.
•AS/400 experience.
•Access experience.
