We are currently seeking a highly motivated Contracting Coordinator. This role will report to the Supervisor - Provider Contracting and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry. This is a hybrid role where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis.

What You'll Do
- Prepares, generates, assembles, mails, tracks and follows up on all agreements
- Initiates, negotiates, generates, and tracks Physician Letters of Agreement, contracts and amendments from initial draft to full execution utilizing approved standardized contract templates/amendments
- Coordinates preparation and routing distribution of documents to complete the contracting process in a timely and thorough manner according to standardized processes
- Build, organize and maintain both digital and hard copies of providers & vendors agreements
- Draft agreements in conjunction with various specifications. Update’s boilerplates to reflect any changes deemed necessary or as required by NCQA, Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS) and/or any other governing bodies
- Collaborate with other departments to investigate any discrepancies or missing pieces of information
- Communicate and follow up with providers & vendors to obtain missing information such as NPI, tax ID, other necessary information and to ensure agreements are return with proper signatures and fully executed
- Follow up with providers and vendors to make sure they received agreements and to return in a timely manner
- Communicate changes in agreements with other departments
- To effectively interface with providers, vendors, and other departments to successfully monitor and implement agreements in place
- Engage in administrative tasks to assists with other departments when requested
- Maintaining and protecting information of confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma and Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college
- Proven PC skills – Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, reading, spelling and editing skills
- Detail-oriented and be able to engage in exhaustive investigation when initial information is vague
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows Explorer and internet research
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to understand and work with proprietary software applications
- Organizational ability and ability to exercise good judgment
- Typing speed 50+ WPM and knowledge of 10 key desired
- Ability to contract negotiations, which include contract template reviews and drafting of agreements
- Great organization skills and willing to handle large amount of filing

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1600 Corporate Center Dr, Monterey Park, CA 91754.
- The target pay range for this role is between $24.00 - $27.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
