- Fully Remote with quarterly meetings in Tampa, FL
- Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends options for Provider Compensation metrics and calculations.
- Leads the monthly review of all Provider Compensation Special Payments and Administrative Pay.
- Serves as a primary point of contact with practice operators to develop solutions for compensation-related inquiries and issues.
- Reviews reconciliations of provider payroll reports and wRVU reconciliations.
- Provides interpretation and counsel to operations team regarding compensation and benefits policies, programs, and practices.
- Participates in the annual analytical review of each employed provider’s pay structure to deliver a fair market value plan that meets Commercial Reasonableness Testing.
- Leads Provider Compensation Process Analysis with Practice Operations Team, including questionnaires, observations, and modeling.
- Manages the development of high-quality financial and compensation-related reporting for practice operations.
- Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with legal services, management, compliance, internal audit, and finance to support regulatory and business requirements.
- Provides oversight of the calculation, review, and maintenance of provider compensation including production, quality, and other bonuses.
- Manages the Medical Directorship payment process and ensures payments are distributed according to the contract.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:
$83,699.48 - $155,693.55Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
