The Prototype Project Coordinator I will assist with the planning and coordination of projects and their
activities. The role will ensure implementation of processes and practices. The Prototype Project
Coordinator I will maintain and track data and schedules.
As a Prototype Project Coordinator l, you will:
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customer
expectations - Assist in developing and executing small project plans
- Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure
deliverables - Review data from customers, suppliers, and create reports
- Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
To be considered as a Prototype Project Coordinator l, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience required
- Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime
- Ability to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-paced work
environment - Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
A successful candidate may also have:
- Associate degree in Business or related
- Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
