Provide engineering and program management for composite production: develop specifications, tooling, work instructions, material solutions, manage programs, lead teams, ensure quality, and maintain customer relationships while meeting budget and schedule.

Lead environmental compliance programs focused on battery management, stormwater, hazardous waste, permits, audits, training, inspections, metrics, and sustainability. Manage multiple concurrent engineering and manufacturing programs from quoting through delivery. Oversee schedules, budgets, materials, quality, scope changes, and customer relations while leading cross-functional program teams and subcontractors to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Build and run CAE models using commercial FEA tools to analyze designs, identify flaws, recommend solutions, validate results with hand calculations, and support DFM/DFMEA and continuous improvement under lead engineer guidance.

Lead production of low-volume and one-off parts using CNC and manual machining. Program and edit 3D CAD/CAM models, set up multi-phase machining, inspect and finish parts, design fixtures, maintain equipment, and mentor junior machinists from concept to delivery.

Paid fall 2026 mechanical engineering internship supporting vehicle/body engineering: CAD modeling, design development, testing, and hands-on project work in an onsite 40-hour week with exposure to automotive and related industries.
