Oversees and/or performs site wide overall Production Planning and Customer Service activities, critical for the plant short to long term operations performance, it is also responsible for generating the SIOP monthly plan and responsible for the production capacity management process for all the operations and customer’s teams; Manage the Demand Planning process for the site and MPS plan for each customer.
• Responsible to create the daily finish goods production plan and execute it to meet the Master Production Schedule
• Releases shop orders to the production lines.
• Follow up to the daily plan in the production meeting, and assign root cause and action plan to recover in case of misses
• Participates in the Clear to build weekly meeting.
• Analyzes the materials availability (Clear to build) and communicates the short ones to the team, and executes actions to complete the plan.
• Maintains Weekly Basis Metrics at AOP level
• Responsible for customer delivery Metrics
• Responsible to organize customer shipments on time
• Responsible to maintain/ process & aligned PRP system.
Requirements:
• BS in Industrial/ System Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
• +2 Years’ experience in similar role.
• Key user on SAP for MM and PP modules
• English 90% desired
• Customer Service skills
• Usage of 6 Sigma tools
• Extensive experience in international procurement activities and inventory control, vendor scheduling, and production planning.
• Proven Negotiation Skills

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
